Setup Steps

Step 1 — Charge the controller using the supplied charger and wall adapter. The controller must be charged on its own — do not attach the controller to the mask while charging. The indicator lights on the controller will blink while charging. 

Step 2 — Once fully charged (all 3 indicator lights will be solid blue), detach the controller from the charger.

Step 3 — Connect the mask to the other end of the controller. Your device is operated by the supplied controller, making it completely portable.

Step 4 — Place the mask on the treatment area, adjusting the velcro straps until the device feels secure but not overly tight.

Step 5 — Start your session by pressing down on the button for two seconds. Each session is 10 minutes and the device will automatically shut off when the session is complete.

Step 6 — Store your device flat. Clean the device surface before and after each session with a fragrance free water-based wipe or a damp clean cloth. For deeper cleaning, wipe gently with 70% alcohol.

Step 1 — Charge the in-unit battery/controller prior to sessions using the charger and wall adapters supplied.

Step 2 — Once fully charged (all 3 indicator lights will be solid blue), detach the charger. Do not use the device while it is charging.  

Step 3 — The Contour Glove is operated by the in-unit battery/controller, making it completely portable and ready for use.

Step 4 — Place the Glove on your hand and secure the velcro strap. It is designed to sit comfortably and should feel secure but not overly tight.

Step 5 — Start your session by pressing down on the battery.controller power button for two seconds. Each session is 10 minutes and the device will automatically shut off when the session is complete.

Step 6 — Store your Glove flat. Clean the device surface before and after each session with a fragrance free water-based wipe or a damp clean cloth. For deeper cleaning, wipe gently with 70% alcohol. 

NOTE: Do not charge the in-unit battery/controller with the Glove turned on, as this may cause damage to the battery. A fully charged battery should last you about 10 sessions.

Step 1 — Charge your Mini device using the supplied magnetic USB cable. Plug the USB-A end of your charger to a suitable USB power supply, then carefully align the two magnetic prongs with the corresponding ports on the LED device. An orange indicator light will appear to confirm the device is charging.

Step 2 — The indicator light will change from orange to green when the device is fully charged. Detach the device from the magnetic charger to begin treatment.

Step 3 — Peel back the Hydrocolloid Patch adhesive Side 1 (marked with a device icon) and adhere it to the Mini device. Peel back Side 2 (marked with a face icon) and place the device directly on the skin where desired.

Step 4 — Press and hold the power button on your Mini device to begin your 10-minute session. The device will automatically shut off when the session is complete.

Step 5 — Remove and dispose of the used Hydrocolloid Patch. Store your device in a cool, dry environment. Clean the device surface before and after each session with a fragrance free water-based wipe or a damp clean cloth. For deeper cleaning, wipe gently with 70% alcohol. 

NOTE: There is only one correct way to connect the magnetic prongs, if the magnet rejects try readjusting the charger. A fully charged battery should last you about 3-4 sessions.

If your device does not power on, this is most commonly caused by an incorrect charging process.

This is one of the most common setup issues. If your controller is not charging, the adapter may not be fully seated.

Solution: Reset the Adapter

• Remove the adapter: press the release button at the top of your charger while simultaneously pressing down firmly on the adapter until it releases. 
• Re-insert the adapter: align the adapter with the springs on the charger and firmly press the adapter upward until you feel and hear it click into place. Once reseated, attempt charging again. Your controller is charging correctly when you see a blinking blue indicator light. Your controller is fully charged when you see 3 solid indicator lights illuminated.
