This site is maintained and operated by GlobalMed Technologies (“GlobalMed”). Our highest priority is to ensure that your privacy is respected, that your transaction is secure, and that any data you provide to us is protected.


Return Policy

The Omnilux Return Policy applies only to orders placed directly through www.omniluxled.com. If you purchased your product through a GMT/Omnilux authorized provider, contact your provider for more details on your return.

Holiday Extensions: We extended our return window for the holidays. All orders placed starting November 14, 2025, will be eligible for a return until January 31, 2026. There are no exceptions to this policy. 

 

Returns Policy for LED Devices

  • Omnilux LED devices (Face, Neck & Décolleté, and Glove, Omnilux Men, Skin Corrector, Eye Brightener, Blemish Eraser) have a 30-day Return Policy.
  • Omnilux Clear LED device has a 45-day Return Policy.

 

Returns Policy for Topical Skincare

  • We will accept returns of unopened skincare products (Enzyme Powder Cleanser, Hyaluronic Acid Serum, Peptide Concentrate, Hydrogel Facial Hydrogel Mask, Hydrogel Décolleté Mask, Hydrocolloid Refills, Antioxidant Eye Cream, CoQ10 Face Cream, Mineral Facial Sunscreen, Salicylic Acid Cleanser, Noni Balancing Serum, and Squalane Jelly Moisturizer) within 30 days of delivery.

Topical Skincare products must be unopened with the original packaging seal intact and may need to be verified by photo.

Your return window starts on the day of delivery. Without exception, no returns will be accepted outside of the return window. **Accessories and ancillary parts are nonrefundable. **

Please examine your order upon delivery for any damage or defects to the product. If there is a problem, or if you are not satisfied with your order for any reason contact our Customer Service Team at support@omniluxled.com to request a return.

Omnilux will provide a pre-paid return label. Returns of any LED device (Contour, Clear, Men or Mini’s) will be subject to a return fee. The fee includes the cost of the return label and will be deducted from your refund. Please contact our Customer Service Team at support@omniluxled.com to request more information on the details of our return fee. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment for the amount of the returned item(s) plus sales tax minus the return fee.

**Please note: All returns must be postmarked by the last day of your return window. There are no exceptions to this policy. Any return request submitted after the return window is not eligible for a refund.*

To verify your order, we will need the name and/or the email address associated with the order, the original order number, or any other details about your order or product. Please allow (1-2) business days for the Customer Service Team to review your request. If you made a purchase through an authorized provider, please contact your provider to arrange a return.  

 

Return Policy Disclaimers

  • Returns made without our pre-paid shipping label are not eligible for shipping cost reimbursements.
  • Returns must include the original box, as well as accessories and parts supplied with your order. Please allow 3-5 business days after receipt for the inspection of the product(s). Once the return is verified, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment. 
  • Customers are responsible for tracking their return. Please contact us immediately if there are any issues during shipment/delivery of your order. 
  • If the tracking information associated with your order shows “delivered” by the carrier and you report that you did not receive your item(s), a reshipment may be issued upon further investigation with the carrier. All replacements provided by Omnilux are not eligible for a return or refund under the Money Back Guarantee.
  • In the event of shipping damage please save all packaging materials, take a photo of the damage, and report the damage immediately to Omnilux.

This return policy gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from country to country.
