THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS VALID ONLY IN THE 48 CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA. VOID IN ALASKA, HAWAII AND WHEREVER ELSE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
BY ENTERING OR OTHERWISE PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A CONTRACT, SO PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. THIS CONTRACT REQUIRES YOU TO INDEMNIFY AND TO RELEASE ALL CLAIMS AGAINST THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES (AS DEFINED BELOW). BY ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, YOU ARE AGREEING TO MANDATORY, BINDING ARBITRATION WITH NO CLASS RELIEF, AND TO A LIMITATION OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES, INCLUDING ANY DAMAGES THAT YOU MAY RECOVER.
ELIGIBILITY: The Omnilux “Napa Valley Luxury Getaway” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal permanent residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older at time of entry. Void in Alaska, Hawaii and wherever else is prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of Lotus Global Group Inc. dba GlobalMed Technologies Co. (the “Sponsor”), Marden-Kane, Inc. (“Administrator”), their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, prize providers, Sweepstakes partners and internet agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, and agents (collectively, the "Sweepstakes Entities") and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and grandparent) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements described in these Official Rules. The Sponsor is solely responsible for all aspects of this Sweepstakes.
SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on August 31, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. P.T. on September 30, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Entry Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes.
HOW TO ENTER: THREE WAYS TO ENTER - INCLUDING FREE, ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY:
1) Online at www.omniluxled.com (the “Website”): (Entrant’s online consent to participate in the Sweepstakes is required to enter via an online purchase.): Internet access required*. During the Sweepstakes Entry Period, eligible entrants will receive one (1) entry for every $1 spent on eligible purchases of Omnilux products available online at www.omnilulxled.com. Entries will be automatically applied to monthly subscriptions if the monthly subscription transaction/charge posts on a day that falls within the Sweepstakes Entry Period. The total number of entries you receive will be based on the list price of your eligible purchase(s) (excludes discounts, sales tax, and shipping charges) and will be rounded up to the next $1 dollar increment. All purchases are subject to Sponsor’s Terms of Service found at https://omniluxled.com/policies/terms-of-service. Your purchase transaction must be completed by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on September 30, 2025 and must include your consent to be entered to be eligible to receive entries via a purchase, in this Sweepstakes. There is no limit on the number of entries that may be received with a purchase and entrant’s consent. For entries earned via a purchase transaction, entry will be deemed made by the cardholder of the card used to make the purchase. For purposes of this Sweepstakes, the cardholder is a person who owns and is the authorized user of a bank card. During the Sweepstakes Entry Period, entrants will also have the opportunity to opt-in to receive further email communications from the Sponsor. Entrants are not required to opt-in for this service in order to participate in this Sweepstakes and opting-in will not increase your chances of winning. If an entrant chooses to opt-in, the entrant thereby grants the Sponsor permission to send him/her future communications regarding services, incentives, offers, Sweepstakes, or other messaging related to the Sponsor’s services and products, from which entrant can unsubscribe from at any time.
ENTRY MULTIPLIER OFFER: Throughout the Sweepstakes Entry Period, all Bundle Purchases (products labeled as “Bundle” i.e. LED Essentials Bundle) will earn 2X entries. For example, a $300 purchase of a Bundle purchase will earn 600 entries (300x2=600). Entrants who sign-up for a new reoccurring shipment on eligible products during the Sweepstakes Entry Period will earn fifty (50) bonus entries.

2) Email Sign-Up Method of Entry: During the Sweepstakes Entry Period, entrants who are not enrolled in the Sponsor’s email notification program as of the start date of the Sweepstakes can receive fifty (50) entries into the random drawing when they go to www.omniluxled.com and follow the online instructions to sign-up for email notifications. By providing a mobile number when signing up for email notifications, entrant agrees to receive recurring automated marketing text messages (e.g. cart reminders) from Omnilux LED and third parties acting on their behalf. Consent is not a condition to obtain goods or services. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Reply HELP for help and STOP to cancel. View our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Limit one (1) email sign-up per person.
3) No Purchase Required - Free Mail-in Method of Entry: To receive thirty (30) entries without making any kind of purchase or payment, on a plain piece of 3”x 5” paper, hand print your complete first and last name, street address, city, state, zip code, date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy), e-mail address plus daytime telephone number including area code. Then mail your entry in a #10 business-size envelope with first-class postage affixed to: Omnilux “Napa Valley Luxury Getaway” Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 698, Syosset, NY 11971-0698. Your outer-mailing envelope must include a valid return address, which includes a complete first and last name. Mailed entries received without a verifiable and legible return address will be deemed incomplete and invalid. Limit one (1) mail-in entry** per outer-mailing envelope. Bulk shipments (multiple entries in one shipping package) will not be accepted. Mail-in entry, including outer-mailing envelope must be handwritten. No mechanically reproduced entries or metered mail permitted. Entries that are postmarked by September 30, 2025 and received by October 6, 2025 will be eligible for the drawing. **Each mail-in entry will count as thirty (30) entries, provided that the mail-in entry complies with the above requirements. There is no limit on the number of mail-in entries that you may submit. Mail-in entries that are not in the format specified above, that are illegible, inaccurate, incomplete, or reproduced via photocopier or otherwise will be considered null and void. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt. Not responsible for lost, late, illegible, mutilated, misdirected, postage-due entries or entries not received by the deadline. All material submitted becomes the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. No correspondence will be acknowledged or entered into; requests for confirmation of quantity and/or receipt of mail-in entries will not be acknowledged.
To participate in an Entry Multiplier Offer without making a purchase, follow the instructions for mail-in entries in section #3B above, and hand write the words “2X ENTRY MULTIPLIER” on the bottom left-hand corner of your mail-in envelope. Your mail-in entry must be postmarked by September 30, 2025 and received by October 6, 2025 to be eligible for the drawing. Each mail-in entry received that complies with these requirements will receive 60 entries per mailing envelope.
RANDOM DRAWING: A random drawing to select one (1) potential winner will be conducted on or about November 30, 2025, from among all eligible purchase and non-purchase entries received. The random drawing will be conducted by the Administrator whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. You are not guaranteed to win and your chance/odds of winning a prize will depend solely on the total number of eligible purchase and non-purchase entries received. This is a randomized drawing that is not intended to and should not influence any decisions or actions for the benefit of the Sponsor. The Sweepstakes is in compliance with all applicable anti-corruption laws and regulations.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: The potential Grand Prize winner will be contacted by email and/or phone by the Administrator and will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, Travel Release, and where lawful, a Publicity Release and will be required to complete a W-9 Tax form (collectively the “Documents”). All completed Documents must be returned by the date stated in the notification email or the prize will be forfeited. If the potential Grand Prize winner cannot be contacted or if they fail to sign and return the required Documents or fail to respond to a notification within the time specified, or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable, or in the event the potential Grand Prize winner is deemed ineligible, fails to comply with the Official Rules, or is unable to claim the prize as specified, the potential Grand Prize winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential Grand Prize winner will be selected from all remaining eligible entries. Prize award is contingent on eligibility verification and potential winner completing and returning all required Documents. If Sponsor is unable to determine and verify a potential winner after three (3) alternate drawings, or if they fail to receive a sufficient number of entries to correspond to the number of prize(s) available to be awarded, Sponsor reserves the right to not award any or all of the prize(s).
PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): Grand Prize (1): A trip for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest for a Napa Valley Luxury Weekend Getaway. Prize includes two (2) round-trip first-class airline tickets (from airport closest to winners’ home) to airport within reasonable distance to Napa, CA (Sacramento, Oakland, San Francisco), a three (3) night’s hotel stay (double occupancy) and a $5,000 cash stipend for the Grand Prize winner. ARV $15,000.00. Travel must be completed no later than 5/31/2026. All other expenses not mentioned as part of the prize will be the sole responsibility of the winner and guest. If Grand Prize Winner resides within a one hundred (100) mile radius of Napa Valley, California (a “Local Resident”), Sponsor reserves the right to provide the Grand Prize winner with ground transportation from winner’s home to hotel in lieu of the round-trip first-class air transportation. Winner is not entitled to any difference between the ARV stated herein and the value of the prize at the time the prize is awarded. If a winner elects to travel without a guest, no additional compensation will be awarded for the guest portion of the prize. The Grand Prize winner will be solely responsible for any federal, state and local taxes and all fees and expenses related to acceptance of their Prize. The value of the Prize is taxable as income and the Grand Prize winner will receive an IRS 1099-MISC Form for the total value of the Prize awarded as stated herein.
PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Airline Tickets are subject to terms and conditions specified by the issuer, and the winner and guest agree to comply with such terms and conditions. No substitutions, cash equivalents, or transfer of prize permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Prize may not be sold, bartered or exchanged by the winner. Prize consists of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. All details of the prize not specified herein shall be determined solely by Sponsor. Winner must provide a valid credit card upon check in to the hotel to cover any incidentals and damages. Winner’s guest must be 21 years of age or older unless winner is the guest’s parent or legal guardian. All meals, tips, gratuities, entertainment, hotel incidentals and damages, taxes and all other costs associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor makes no warranties, and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, expressed or implied, concerning any prize furnished by third parties in connection with the Sweepstakes. At Sponsor’s sole discretion, prize may vary to what has been advertised, pictured, etc.
Any documents including airline tickets awarded to the winner become the responsibility of the winner upon possession of same and will not be replaced. Airline tickets and hotel reservations are subject to all terms and conditions stated thereon. Released Entities are not responsible for travel delays or cancellations. If, for any reason whatsoever, the winner is unable to travel after travel arrangements have been made, Sponsor shall have no further obligation to winner and no alternate winner will be selected. Prize elements may not be separated or redeemed for cash. Winner is solely responsible for: i. determining and complying with all applicable domestic travel procedures and restrictions; ii. for obtaining and possessing all required valid photo ID, passport and/or other relevant travel documents prior to travel; and iii. for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at their option and hereby acknowledge that Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE: Entrants/winner agree to release, discharge and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities, and their respective affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, advertising and Sweepstakes partners and internet agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, and agents, successors and assigns from and against any claim or cause of action or liability for any losses or damages of any kind arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, out of entry into or participation in the Sweepstakes, or the use of any Sweepstakes-related photo, video, and/or entry, or for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy. The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible if the Sweepstakes cannot be administered or conducted as planned and/or any prize cannot be awarded due to cancellations, delays, or interruptions resulting or arising from acts of god, war, or terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, supply shortages, natural disasters, weather, pandemics, epidemics, compliance with any law or order of a governmental authority, or any other similar act, event or occurrence beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree that the Sweepstakes Entities will not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses of any kind, including direct, indirectly, incidental, consequential or punitive damages to persons, including death, or to property arising out of access to and use of any website associated with the Sweepstakes or the downloading from and/or printing material downloaded from such website. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern, and control. The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the Prizes.
Publicity Release: Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission and grant by the winner (which grant will be confirmed in writing on request) of the right and permission for the Sweepstakes Entities and their agencies to print, publish, broadcast and use worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including, but not limited to, the world wide web, at any times or times, winner’s name and/or likeness, entry, picture, voice, likeness, opinions and biographical information (including, but not limited to, hometown and state), Prize information, quotes attributable to winner, and any other elements of winners’ persona for advertising, trade and promotional purposes (including the announcement of their name on television or radio broadcast), for purposes of advertising and trade without further consideration, compensation, permission or notification, publication in a winners list or in a list to be used by sponsor and its designees and its partners to re-target entrants via email or any sponsor app.
NOTICE – Damage to website: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, the Sweepstakes Entities RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for faulty, incorrect, undeliverable or mistranscribed phone/e-mail/internet transmissions, incorrect announcements of any kind, technical hardware or software failures of any kind including any injury or damage to any person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in or experiencing any materials in connection with the Sweepstakes, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission that may limit a user’s ability to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes Entities assume no responsibility for undeliverable e-mails resulting from any form of active or passive e-mail filtering by a user’s Internet service provider and/or e-mail client or for insufficient space in the user’s e-mail account to receive e-mail.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if for any reason, the Sweepstakes (or any part of it) cannot be run as described in these Official Rules or otherwise in accordance with the general intentions of the Sweepstakes Entities. In such circumstances, the Sponsor may disqualify any suspect entries and (a) suspend the Sweepstakes and modify the Official Rules to address the impairment, then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; and/or (b) terminate the Sweepstakes, post a notice online of such termination, and conduct a drawing to award the prize at random from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment. The failure of the Sweepstakes Entities to comply with any provision of these Official Rules due to an act of God, epidemic/pandemic, act of public enemies or any act outside of the Sweepstakes Entities control/force majeure event, will not be considered a breach of these Official Rules.
In the event a dispute arises regarding the identity of the entrant, entry will be deemed made by the person whose name appears on the online order form or mail-in entry. Any damage made to the Website by an entrant will be the responsibility of the entrant and/or the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. Proof that you entered the Sweepstakes does not constitute evidence of receipt by Sponsor within the required deadline. Any entries which are suspected of being fraudulent (including those using robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar methods of participation) will be disqualified, based on determinations made solely by the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules.
PRIVACY & PERSONAL INFORMATION: The Sponsor will collect, use, and will disclose the personal information provided when you enter the Sweepstakes (via an eligible purchase or via a no purchase mail-in entry) to their Administrator only for the purposes of conducting a random drawing and to notify the potential winners. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrant consents to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information. Information collected from participants, including entrant, is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://omniluxled.com/policies/privacy-policy (“Privacy Policy”), and will be used only for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes and will not be re-used, sold or shared in any manner, unless entrant agrees to receive further information on the Sponsor and/or Sponsor’s products and promotions.
PLEASE READ: IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING DISPUTE RESOLUTION.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION, MANDATORY ARBITRATION, AND CHOICE OF LAW/JURISDICTION: This Sweepstakes is offered only in the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrants or the Sweepstakes Entities in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the California or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California. The Sweepstakes Entities’ failure to enforce any terms of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. By entering, entrant agrees that whenever you have a disagreement with the Sweepstakes Entities (individually or collectively) arising out of, connected to, or in any way related to the Sweepstakes, the Official Rules, or the Privacy Policies, you will send a written notice to the Sponsor (“Demand”). Entrant agrees that the requirements of this Dispute Resolution Section, defined as paragraph 8 of these Official Rules (“Dispute Resolution Section”), will apply even to disagreements that may have arisen before Entrant accepted these Official Rules or the Privacy Policies. Entrant must send the Demand to the following address (the “Notice Address”): The Lotus Global Group, Inc. dba GlobalMed Technologies Co., 1290 Jefferson Street, Napa, CA 94559. Attention: Marketing. Entrant agrees that entrant will not take any legal action, including filing a lawsuit or demanding arbitration, until 10 business days after entrant sends a Demand. This informal dispute resolution is in addition to, and does not waive, excuse, or supersede any pre-suit resolution process required by state or federal law before filing suit. Sponsor If the disagreement stated in the Demand is not resolved to entrant’s satisfaction within 10 business days after it is received, and entrant intends on taking legal action, entrant agrees that it will file a demand for arbitration with the American Arbitration Association (the “Arbitrator”). The Sweepstakes Entities also agree that we will submit any and all disputes with entrant to arbitration before the Arbitrator. This arbitration provision limits the ability of entrant and the Sweepstakes Entities to litigate claims in court and entrant and Sweepstakes Entities each agree to waive their respective rights to a jury trial.
For any such filing of a demand for arbitration, entrant must provide proper service under the rules of the Arbitrator and notice to the Notice Address may not be sufficient. If, for any reason, the American Arbitration Association is unable to conduct the arbitration, entrant may file its case with any national arbitration company. The Arbitrator shall apply the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules effective September 1, 2014, available at https://www.adr.org/sites/default/files/Consumer-Rules-Web_0.pdf (and as may be amended) and as modified by the agreement to arbitrate in this Dispute Resolution Section. Entrant agrees that the Arbitrator will have sole and exclusive jurisdiction over any and all disputes arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes or any disputes with the Sweepstakes Entities including, but not limited to, disputes as to the interpretation or application of this Dispute Resolution Section or the validity of the arbitration agreement herein. The Arbitrator has authority to issue any and all remedies authorized by law, except that any requests for the remedy of public injunctive relief shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction. The Federal Arbitration Act allows for the enforcement of arbitration agreements and governs the interpretation and enforcement of the agreement to arbitrate. The place of arbitration shall be Napa California.
Entrant agrees that it will not file a class action or collective action against the Sweepstakes Entities, and that entrant will not participate in a class action or collective action against them. Entrant agrees that it will not join its claims to those of any other person.
Notwithstanding any other provision in the Official Rules, or the Privacy Policy, if this class action waiver is adjudicated to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, then the agreement to arbitrate is null and void, as though it were never entered into, and any arbitration dispute at that time will be dismissed without prejudice and may be refiled in court. Entrants irrevocably consent to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts of the State of California located in Napa County for any action, suit or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes. Under no circumstances does entrant or the Sweepstakes Entities agree to class or collective procedures in arbitration or the joinder of claims in arbitration.
The provisions of this Dispute Resolution Section shall survive conclusion, modification or termination of the Sweepstakes and suspension, revocation, closure, modification, amendments to the Official Rules, and any aspect of the relationship of entrant or the Sweepstakes Entities relating to or arising from participation in the Sweepstakes.
SEVERABILITY: If any term or provision of these Official Rules is found under the law to be invalid or unenforceable, then such specific term or provision shall be of no force and effect and shall be severed, and the remainder of these Official Rules shall continue in full force and effect.
WHO WON AND OFFICIAL RULES: The name of the prize winner will be posted on www.omniluxled.com on or about December 1, 2025 or after the prize winner has been verified. For a copy of these Official Rules, please access: www.omniluxled.com.
