GlobalMed 2-Year Limited Warranty for LED Devices

 

GlobalMed Technologies ("Warrantor") will warrant LED devices (including Omnilux Contour Face, Omnilux Men, Omnilux Clear, Omnilux Contour Neck & Décolleté, Omnilux Contour Glove, Eye Brightener, Blemish Eraser, and Skin Corrector) as well as the included device controller (collectively, "LED Devices") starting on the delivery date of the original order for a period of two (2) years thereafter (the "Warranty Period"). This warranty is only available to the original purchaser of the LED Device if it was purchased directly through omniluxled.com or one of its authorized providers. Warrantor will only ship warranty replacements within Omnilux fulfillment regions (US, CAN, AUS, NZ, UK, & EU). Arrangements for warranty requests outside of Omnilux fulfillment regions will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. 

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

·        Damage caused by accident, accidental damage (including but not limited to coming into contact with liquid), misuse, abuse, negligence, or alteration.

·        Damage resulting from connection to incorrect power sources.

·        LED Devices that have been used for purposes other than those for which they were designed or intended.

·        Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken plastic on ports, unless failure has occurred due to issues with materials or workmanship.

·        Issues related to normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the product, including, but not limited to noise and/or discoloration of silicone or glue lines.

·        Any damage resulting from failure to follow product instructions, improper use, installation and/or other user error or failure to perform routine maintenance.

·        LED Devices sold "AS IS" or LED Devices provided to authorized sellers for demonstration purposes.

·        Consumable parts such as batteries or protective coatings that are designed to diminish over time, unless failure has occurred due to defective materials or workmanship.

·        Unauthorized modifications.

 

Claims Procedures

Warrantor will replace any LED Device that is covered by this Warranty. If a product is replaced under warranty, the original warranty period will continue from the date of purchase of the original product, not from the date of replacement.

 

To start a warranty claim, contact our Customer Service Team by email at support@omniluxled.com or by phone at +1-866-306-2022 (Non-US Toll Free) or +1-707-309-7024 (US/Canada). To verify that you are within the warranty period, we will need the name and/or the email address associated with the order, the original order number, or any other details about your order or the product. If you purchased your product through a GMT/Omnilux provider, you will need to provide proof of purchase (original receipt or order confirmation). Please allow one to two (1-2) business days for someone on the Customer Service Team to reply. To quickly troubleshoot your device, we will ask you to share a short video to verify the issue with your device.

Unless otherwise instructed by Warrantor, the product must be delivered to the Warrantor in either its original packaging or packaging affording an equal degree of protection to the location specified by Warrantor's Customer Service team. Returned items are your responsibility until they reach our return center, so we recommend that you retain shipping tracking information and possibly purchase insurance.

If Warrantor determines that the problem with the product is not covered by the Warranty, then the purchaser will be responsible for all costs incurred by Warrantor to return the product.

If your claim falls within the time period authorized by our Return Policy and you do not wish to receive a replacement, we can issue you a store credit or full refund.

Disclaimers

Warrantor is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the use of the LED Device.

When an LED Device is returned, the original item becomes Warrantor's property.

In no event shall this Warranty require more than the replacement of any part or parts which are found to be covered within the effective warranty period. No refunds will be given outside of the return window, as specified in our Return Policy. If replacement parts for covered products are not available, Warrantor reserves the right to make product substitutions with the most compatible product currently available instead of replacement. 

Except as provided in this limited warranty and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Warrantor is not responsible for direct, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory. Some states and/or countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limited exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State. You may also have other rights that vary from country to country.

THE FOREGOING IS THE COMPLETE WARRANTY FOR GLOBALMED TECHNOLOGIES LED DEVICES AND SUPERSEDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN. GLOBALMED TECHNOLOGIES EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES NOT STATED HEREIN, INCLUDING TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY WARRANTY THAT MAY EXIST UNDER NATIONAL, STATE, PROVINCIAL, OR LOCAL LAW, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SOME STATES AND/OR OTHER JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Warrantor does not authorize any party to make any modification, extension, or addition to this Limited Warranty. If any term is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the legality or enforceability of the remaining terms shall not be affected or impaired.

Returns

 

The Omnilux Return Policy applies only to orders placed directly through www.omniluxled.com. If you made a purchase through an authorized provider, please contact your provider to discuss your return.

 

 

LED Devices

Returns of any LED device (Contour, Clear, Men or Mini’s) will be subject to a return feeof $15 USD. The return fee will be deducted from your refund. Please contact our Customer Service Team at support@omniluxled.com to learn more about the return fee in your region. **Returns made without our pre-paid shipping label are not eligible for shipping cost reimbursements. ** Returns must include the original box, as well as accessories and parts supplied with your order. Please allow 3-5 business days after we have received your return for inspection of the product(s). Once the return is verified, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

 

 

 

Topical Skincare

We are happy to accept returns of unopened skincare products (Enzyme Powder Cleanser, Hyaluronic Acid Serum, Peptide Concentrate, Hydrogel Facial Hydrogel Mask, Hydrogel Décolleté Mask, Hydrocolloid Refills, Antioxidant Eye Cream, CoQ10 Face Cream, Mineral Facial Sunscreen, Salicylic Acid Cleanser, Noni Balancing Serum, and Squalane Jelly Moisturizer) within 30 days of delivery.

 

We are unable to accept returns of any open skincare product. Product must be unopened with the original packaging seal intact and will be verified by photo. The return window starts on the day of delivery. Without exception, no returns will be accepted outside of the return window.

 

Please examine your order upon delivery for any damage or defects to the product. Your return window starts the day the carrier delivers your package. If there is a problem, or if you are not satisfied with your order for any reason contact our Customer Service Team at support@omniluxled.com. To verify your order, we will need the name and/or the email address associated with the order, the original order number, or any other details about your order or product. Please allow 1-2 business days for someone on the Customer Service Team to reply. In order to process a return for skincare products we will ask you to share a photo of the unopened product.

 

 

Returns of any LED device (Contour, Clear, Men or Mini’s) will be subject to a return fee. The return fee will be deducted from your refund. **Please note: All returns must be postmarked by the last day of your return window. There are no exceptions to this policy. Any return request submitted after the return window is not eligible for a refund.*

Customers are responsible for tracking their order to the destination. Please contact us immediately if there are any issues during shipment/delivery of your order. If the tracking information associated with your order shows “delivered” by the carrier and you did not receive your item(s), a reshipment may be issued upon further investigation with the carrier. All reshipments provided by Omnilux are not eligible for a return or refund under the Money Back Guarantee.

In the event of shipping damage please save all packaging materials, take a photo of the damage, and report the damage immediately to Omnilux.

Holiday Extensions: Rest assured, want your giftees to love their Omnilux gifts! If they would prefer to return their gift, we've extended our return window for the holidays. All orders placed starting November 14, 2025 will be eligible for a return until January 31, 2026. There are no exceptions to this policy.

GlobalMed Technologies, Co. or its authorized distributors shall not be responsible for any incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use of this product. All implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of fitness and merchantability are limited in duration to one year from date of original purchase. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from country to country. Some countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so some of the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty is given in lieu of all other warranties, written or oral, whether expressed by affirmation, promise, description, drawing, model or sample. Any and all warranties other than this one, whether expressed or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are hereby disclaimed
