This device absolutely blows me away! My mom bought it for me as I've struggled with severe acne scarring on my back and I'm trying to improve my skin before my wedding next summer. While this device is meant for the neck, it's easy to spin it around and target your back as well. I've been using it since the start of May and the scars have dramatically reduced. I wish I had taken before and after photos! I finally feel confident to wear tank tops and backless dresses again and I could not have done it without this device. If you're on the fence, just get it. It's worth every penny.
