Returns
The Omnilux Return Policy applies only to orders placed directly through omniluxled.com. If you made a purchase through an authorized provider please contact your provider for more information on returns.
LED Devices
Omnilux Contour LED devices (Face, Neck & Décolleté, and Glove) & Omnilux Men, have a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. The Omnilux Clear LED device has a 45-day Money Back Guarantee. The return window starts on the day of delivery. Absolutely no returns will be accepted outside of the return window. **Accessories and parts are nonrefundable.**
Please examine your order upon delivery for any damage or defects of the product. If there is a problem, please notify us immediately. Your return window starts the day the carrier delivers your package. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Omnilux products, please follow our returns process below.
To return an item within your return window, please request a Return Authorization Number by contacting us at info@omniluxled.com. To verify your order, we will need the name and/or the email associated with the order, the original order number, or details of the product. Someone from our team will review your request and reply within 1-2 business days via email with further instructions for your return.
All LED device returns will be subject to a return fee. Please contact us at info@omniluxled.com to learn more about the return fee in your region. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for your return. The return fee will be applied to your refund to cover the cost of the shipping label. **Returns made without our pre-paid shipping label are not eligible for shipping cost reimbursements.**
Returns must include the original box, all accessories and parts supplied with your order. Please allow 3-5 business days after we have received your return for inspection of the products. Once the return is verified, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
**Please note: All returns must be postmarked by the last day of your return window. There are no exceptions to this policy. Any return request made after the return window is not eligible for a refund.*
Customers are responsible for tracking their order to the destination. Please contact us immediately if there are any issues during shipment/delivery of your order. If the tracking information associated with your order shows “delivered” by the carrier and you did not receive your item(s), a reshipment may be issued upon further investigation with the carrier. All reshipments provided by Omnilux are not eligible for a return or refund under the Money Back Guarantee.
In the event of shipping damage please save all packaging materials, take a photo of the damage, and report the damage immediately to Omnilux.
Topical Skincare
We are happy to accept returns of unopened skincare products (Enzyme Powder Cleanser, Hyaluronic Acid Serum, Peptide Concentrate, Hydrogel Facial Hydrogel Mask, & Hydrogel Décolleté Mask) within 30 days of delivery. Product must be unopened with the original packaging seal intact, and must be verified by photo. We are unable to accept returns of any open skincare product. The return window starts on the day of delivery. Absolutely no returns will be accepted outside of the return window.

Warranty
Omnilux LED devices are covered under a manufacturer's warranty if your product fails after the initial return window. Under normal use, Omnilux LED devices are warranted for 2 years from the date of delivery on your original order. The controller is warranted for 1 year.
If you suspect a fault with your LED device and would like to start a warranty request, please request a Return Authorization Number by contacting us at info@omniluxled.com. Someone from our team will review your request and reply within 1-2 business days via email with further instructions. To verify that you are within the warranty period, we will need the name and/or the email associated with the order, the original order number, or details of the product. If you made a purchase through an Omnilux provider, you will need to provide proof of purchase with your request by attaching your original receipt or order confirmation at the time of submitting your warranty request. The Omnilux manufacturer’s warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the product.
- The Omnilux manufacturer's warranty period begins upon the delivery date of the original order.
- The Omnilux manufacturer’s warranty only covers LED devices that are purchased directly through omniluxled.com or one of its certified providers.
- Omnilux is only responsible for shipping warranty replacements within Omnilux fulfillment regions (US, CAN, AUS, NZ, UK, & EU). Arrangements for warranty requests outside of Omnilux fulfillment regions will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
- GlobalMed Technologies, Co. or its authorized distributor reserves the right to replace a defective product with the most compatible product currently available.
- GlobalMed Technologies, Co. or its authorized distributor reserves the right to repair a defective product.
- This warranty does not cover damage caused by the following:
- Accident, misuse, abuse, or alteration
- Servicing by unauthorized persons
- Connection to incorrect power sources
- Use with unauthorized accessories
GlobalMed Technologies, Co. or its authorized distributors shall not be responsible for any incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use of this product. All implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of fitness and merchantability are limited in duration to one year from date of original purchase.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from country to country. Some countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so some of the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.
This warranty is given in lieu of all other warranties, written or oral, whether expressed by affirmation, promise, description, drawing, model or sample. Any and all warranties other than this one, whether expressed or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are hereby disclaimed.
